The US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) requires citizenship applicants to receive a physical exam by a doctor certified by the agency. The following CRMA providers are certified:

Immigration physicals aren’t quite the same as regular annual physicals. We are required to test for certain communicable diseases such as tuberculosis and syphilis, which means you will need to make 2 visits to the office within a few days of each other in order to complete your test results. You may also need some vaccinations and possibly an Xray.
Please bring your government-issued photo ID and your vaccination record. Your regular insurance will not cover an Immigration physical. Please ask the CRMA staff member at the time of scheduling how much you should expect to pay. You should expect to pay at the time you’re seen using cash, check, or credit card.
