Many professional drivers are required to get a “DOT Medical Examination” by providers certified by the Dept of Transportation. The following CRMA providers are certified:
- Marlborough: Vinay Kumar, MD 246 Maple St, Marlborough 508-460-3872
- Millis: Mustafa Khaled, MD 730 Main St, Millis 508-376-2515
- Natick: Prakash Bandari, MD 67 Union St, #407, Natick 508-655-2338
Please note that your regular health insurance will not cover a DOT physical and you should not expect the DOT physical replace your regular annual physical. Please ask the CRMA staff member at the time of scheduling how much you should expect to pay for the DOT physical. You should expect to pay at the time you’re seen using cash, check, or credit card.
Please make sure you bring your CDL with you to your appointment.
