This full time Customer Service representative position is in a medical billing office in Ashland. Bilingual preferred, Great phone skills and computer skills a must. Medical experience a must, Insurance knowledge a plus
Hours: M – Fr; Rotating 7:30am – 4pm & 8am-4:30pm every other week
Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Job
- Deal with the customers via emails, over the phone, or face to face
- Provides customer additional information or explains services
- Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
- Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve it. If the problem doesn’t seem to solve, then forward the problem to the superiors.
- Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
- Draft the necessary documents, letter or statements, as required by the customer
- Maintain records of interactions with the customers in an orderly manner
- Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
